Been a while since I last posted cos I have been a bit busy with work and church etc and been doing some much needed housework and other stuff.

Have really enjoyed Christmas carolling this year, played at the Trafford Centre a few times with Eccles Salvation Army, been on our own precinct every Saturday and been and played at a few carol concerts, its all good fun and I love it cos I get to be with my lovely friends.

So whats been happening in my life? Well apart from work/church and cleaning not a lot really but I'll write about it anyway lol.

A few posts ago I wrote about meeting my sister that I had never met before, well my other sister Krista and I arranged to meet Tracey in Manchester city centre. We were so excited and giddy all the way into town and walking through town, it was so funny cos we were proper hyper. Got to the meeting place and waited and waited and waited and waited (half an hour) but unforunately no sign of any long lost sister :o( to say we were gutted is not enough...can't explain how I felt apart from that I haven't felt like that for a long time. I have emailed Tracey since to let her know we turned up but have heard nothing at all so am unsure of whats going to happen next. Thanks to those people that I know who prayed about this.

Church over the last few weeks since Lorraine got saved and Mark became an adherant has been ace. Monicas sister Joanne has been to church on Sundays since then with her little girl and Monicas friend Anne has been hoppin along too (she has a poorly foot so hoppin is the best way to describe how she gets there lol) God is good init. We had the mums and toddlers parties this week, I don't have anything to do with toddlers as I am working but am always interested in whats happening etc cos its my church and actually I do have summat do with it as I pray for it and pray for families to get to know Jesus! The kids club and youth club parties were excellent fun and hopefully I will get hold of some photos to put on my flicker as we have written permission from all the parents to be able to use their pics on the net.

Work has been alright the last few weeks, I have been working like a dog this last week tho due to labour controls, I'm not even going to bother elaborating on that as I get riled but I will just tell you what most people already know and that is that McDonald's don't really give a monkeys about customer service. They care about getting as much money in the tills by using the least number of staff possible. The only highlight about my job is that I have some good friends and I love talking to customers regardless of how long the queue is lol. I entered a competition in October on the staff website and found out that I had won it last week yippeeeee. The prize was a red letter day and there are 225 activities that I can choose to do. I have decided to go and see Phantom of the Opera in London, best seats in the house, with a back stage tour and drinks in the bar afterwards and am bringing my best friend Elaine along for the fun, we are so looking forward to it. Elaines brother in law is an executive for McDonald's and is getting us accommadation for a few nights at one of the company flats on Baker Street so we will be living it up lol..its not what you know its who you know!

I need to go and make myself a cuppa so might pop back and blog some more in a bit................................................................................................and there again I might not lol.
