Its been ages since I last posted anything on here...mainly due to not feeling like blogging. I updated my blog onto the new version of blogger and lost the link to the council of war blog page so if anyone reading this knows how I can get this back on there then please leave a comment with instructions.Ta.

Anyway lots of stuff has been going on in here in Swinton. Church has been ace. The bible study restarted and we have been working through a lent study which has been excellent. Kids club has been good and youth club too....and church well thats been excellent. God keeps trusting us with new people and on Sunday we had 3 new adults and 2 new kids. I am going to pray really hard that God will keep trusting us with new people and that when they do come in they are made to feel as welcome as I did when I 1st came but most of all going to pray dead hard that they will get saved...woohoooo!! After church yesterday we had a teaching session about baptism which was really informative. It seems that God is really speaking to people in The Salvation Army about this as last weekend Lorraine and myself went to a baptist church to watch about 17 members of a local Salvation Army being baptised. I have to say that it was so beautiful and very moving and most of the people there testified to the fact that they were being obedient to Gods word. Who can argue with that eh? I also read on http://www.isaiah43-amazinglove.blogspot.com/ that a lot of their Salvation Army church members are being baptised this Thursday. I think its all about being obedient not rebelling. When I got baptised in 2003 I knew that it was something that God wanted me to do and I have to say that on that day my life changed completely..I know that my life changed the day I got saved but when I got baptised well it was like I had reached another level with God..hard to explain. People just need to study Gods word and not just believe what they have been told.

Me and Elaine went to The abundant life church last night. The sermon was about What is Heaven like? My head was well and truly cabbaged at the end of the service because the minister said quite a lot of stuff that I have never heard before. He was teaching that there are people in heaven now and that when people get saved on earth it is these people that rejoice with Jesus over their salvation, so if you have friends and family in heaven they will be having a party for you etc..well I have never heard that before. I just thought to myself that I have no friends or family that I know in heaven so who would be rejoicing over me lol..I don't know if its important to know about this kind of stuff and that maybe I should just be happy to know that I am going to live with Jesus for eternity..but I like to know about the 'behind the scenes' stuff too. The good thing about hearing stuff that I don't know about is that it makes me want to stick my head in my Bible and find out so its all good init!

Work has been well.......................work and some days I hate it and some days I love it. Was hammered today as the schools are off for Easter Holidays. I managed to cope all day without my head feeling like it was going to explode. Thank you Jesus cos I prayed so hard this morning to have a nice day :o) oh yeah nearly forgot to add that my oldest sister Gaynor had twins on the 20th March and here is a pic hmmm well there would be a photo there if I could figure out how to upload them.

Well thats it for now. I am going to see if I can manager to put something on here every day. yeah wateva Linz lol
