Meant to update my blog the other night but I have been busy busy busy, so here goes.

Work has been ok lately apart from the usual stresses that my job brings, I won employee of the quarter at work and had to go for an interview last week to try to win it for our group of stores, didn't win but I wasn't bothered I just wanted the argos vouchers that came with it lol. Still its nice to be recognised for hard work etc. Was back at the Fat club this week. I really wasn't looking forward to going as I know that I have been so greedy over christmas (actually I'm greedy all the time, blaming it on christmas is just an excuse) I knew I had put weight on and told the woman at the scales that i was a disgrace lol. Anyway I have put 5 pounds on which isn't the end of the world. So its back to the old diet now as I am going to try to lose 4 stone by May.....it can be done but whether it will be done is another matter altogether.

Ian and Christine had a week off after the New year so Monica and I did the meeting together last week. Monica led the meeting and I gave the word. Ian is training us all really well to do things at church and we didn't let him down and more importantly didn't let God down either....God was in charge and it was ace. Mums n Tots was back on this week, I can't really write much about it cos I don't go to it. I did ask Lorraine how it was and she said it was good and everyone came back (i think lol) The kids clubs were back on Thursday and it was great to see them all again. It was great to see all the usual crew back at the youth club too, we're never sure whether they will come back after the holidays as most of the lads are now 16, but you know they keep coming and its ace really that they want to come. I hope they will be allowed to come for as long as they want until they just stop coming naturally..we love r kids at Swinton even if they drive us crackers sometimes init.

I have loads more stuff to get down on this blog but not enough time at the moment so I'm gonna leave it here until later.
